Reduce Negative Thinking By 79% and Feel Your Energy Level Skyrocket! By: http://MindGoodies.com

Reduce negative thinking by 79% and boost energy by a like amount with a surprisingly simple, yet effective, personal development technique. Personal Development Stimulant Tool - Destroy Negativity and Boost Energy.

Do you ever feel blah for no good reason? There are so many
things that could be the culprit. Perhaps we have been
dwelling on negative imagery, symbols or thoughts. That's a
surefire way to worsen your mood. Let me suggest a
solution. Don't let its simplicity fool you! It works.
Create a checklist of positive and negative stimulants.
This list will help you focus less on negative stimuli and
more on positives.

Positive Stimulants

Create a list of items that better your mental state and/or
boost your energy. Set aside an hour to generate some
ideas. Type the list using the most inspiring font you can
find. Then print the list on attractive, nice smelling
paper.

At the top of your list of positive stimulants, consider
typing "jokes". The nice thing about a joke is that it gets
you to focus on something that isn't negative. This helps
break the never-ending loop of negative thinking and
imagery.

Type "famous quotes" just below "jokes". Inspirational
quotes can inspire you mightily. They also take your mind
off negative things. Some quotes are so good that they give
you "goose bumps". Any kind of emotional reaction to an
inspirational saying further instills the statement's
message.

List all the orally ingested stimulants that you like. Be
sure they are things aren't bad for you. A cup of coffee is
one favorite. Other stimulants are: Breath mints, bubble
gum, ice cream adorned with your favorite fruit, a glass of
red wine, smoothies (fruits blended into a drink), and so
on.

List things that you put on your body; things that make you
feel better. Some such stimulants are: Cologne, perfume,
body lotion, nice smelling gel, hair gel, artificial tears
(eye drops), shaving cream, etc.

List stimulants you visually peer at, listen to, or do.
Items fitting the bill include: Pictures, joke books, joke
tapes, inspirational sayings, famous quotes, a fresh pair
of socks, potpourri, a good movie, music, playing guitar,
playing basketball, taking a warm bath, and so on.

Taking your mind off of negative thoughts and imagery, even
briefly, can be quite beneficial. It could lead you to a
new way of thinking.

Place this list at the spot you spend the bulk of your
time. Look at the list every so often. Merely seeing the
list of positive stimulants will have a good affect. You'll
also want to have some of the items listed, nearby. You
should get a hold of an item on this personal development
checklist and use it as directed.

You may choose to keep the list out of sight of other
people who might make fun of it! Consider making a copy of
this checklist and put in a few additional places. Now, for
heaven's sake, do not look at it while driving! We all know
that's when you're supposed to shave or brush your hair!
Actually, don't do that, either!

Negative Stimulants

Come up with a checklist of things (and people) that pull
you down. Find these items and hide them from view. Too
bad, we can't do that with people! With regards to annoying
people, think of ways to avoid those who are on this list.

Once you have the list printed out, put a faint slash
through the negatives. Use a pencil. Make the slash light
enough such that you can still read the negative item. List
next to each negative a positive stimulant that will
replace it. Whenever you think of the negative, you'll
replace it with this positive.

Try to come up with a way to avoid each negative. For
example, if you list "stuffy room" as a thing that makes
you negative, strike through it with a pencil and put as a
solution "open windows twice a day". If you list Joe as a
negative drain on you, strike though the word, "Joe" and
put next to it, "Don't answer the phone. Screen calls with
the answering machine".

Stash the negative list away from view. Review it less
often than the positive list.

As you think up negative or positive stimulants, write them
down, right away. You may choose to set aside 30 minutes a
week to come up with new stimulants, both bad and good. Use
your imagination.

The solution to many problems is to try a mix of remedies
(which can include seeing a doctor). So, try this checklist
idea but also consider other methods. This idea can be
quite effective because it's simple, takes little time to
do, is easy to implement, and helps supplant negative
thinking with positive thinking. Since it's simple and
takes little time, you might be more apt to stick with it
than other techniques.
