Jelly beans? Did President Reagan have the answer? Having a bowl of little goodies to reward you for tackling and completing a task is a good idea.

Imagine if you have been procrastinating doing something. Break it down into small steps. Each time you start grab a jelly bean. When you're done, grab 2.

Now, I can just here the health-nerds screaming. But, indulging yourself here and there is fine.

Buy some jelly beans with the least amount of sugar. Or find a "healthy snack".
